Payment and access in Tandam

What is free

Profile, feed, likes, mutual matches and chats with matches, verification, reports and support are free. Only extras on top of the free features are paid.

What you can buy

• Premium — for 7, 30 or 90 days, or a 30-day subscription with auto-renewal. What it includes (more likes, "Who liked me", messages with a like, profile undo, a badge, profile boosts and more) is shown on the Premium screen before purchase.
• Packs: messages with a like, profile undos, "Who liked me" views, profile boosts ("Boost my profile" puts your profile first in the feed of people nearby for the time shown in the app).
• Travel mode — your profile in another city for the chosen period (if this feature is paid).

How to pay

You pay with Telegram Stars (⭐) in Telegram's payment window inside the app. Stars are bought in Telegram itself: their price in money and the payment methods are set by Telegram (and by the app store if you buy through the App Store or Google Play). We only receive a payment confirmation from Telegram — we never have your card details.

If Stars can't be bought right in the payment window (“Failed to open the payment form” or PROVIDER_ACCOUNT_INVALID — this happens in unofficial Telegram apps and in Telegram for desktop), buy them separately in Telegram's official bot @PremiumBot, then tap “Buy” again — the Stars will be taken from your balance.

When access opens

• Right after Telegram confirms the payment, usually within seconds. The bot sends you a purchase message.
• If the payment went through but the purchase did not appear (for example, the Service was unavailable), it is credited automatically as soon as the Service is back. Not there within an hour — write /paysupport.

Durations

• Premium lasts the stated number of days from purchase; if you already have Premium, the time is added to it.
• Packs never expire: free daily limits are used first, then what you bought.
• The subscription renews every 30 days until you cancel it (Profile → Premium). After cancellation Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. Telegram charges the Stars for renewal; if there are not enough Stars, the subscription does not renew.

Gifts and promo codes

Gifts (for inviting friends, days in a row, verification) and promo codes are credited free of charge and work like purchases. They cannot be exchanged for Stars or money.

Restrictions

• Purchases are tied to your profile and cannot be transferred to another person.
• If your profile is banned for breaking the rules, paid features stop working and unused purchases are not compensated. You can appeal the decision.
• If you delete your profile, your purchases are lost and the subscription is cancelled automatically.
