Public offer for the use of Tandam

This document is an offer by Tandam (hereinafter "we", the "Provider") to enter into an agreement for the use of the Tandam dating service (the "Service") on the terms below. By starting to use the Service — by tapping "Accept" during sign-up or by paying for paid features — you accept this offer in full.

1. Provider

2. The Service

2.1. Tandam is a dating service inside Telegram: a bot and a mini app. You can create a profile, browse other people's profiles, send likes, chat with mutual matches, get verified and contact support.

2.2. The core features are free. Extra features (Premium, packs, "Boost my profile" and others) are paid; what they include, their prices and durations are shown in the app before purchase. See "Payment and access" for details.

2.3. The Service runs on the Telegram platform. We have no control over Telegram's operation, rules or payments.

3. Who may use the Service

3.1. Adults only — 18 years and older. By signing up you confirm your age.

3.2. One profile per person, your own photos and real details. See the "Terms of use" for details.

4. Rights and obligations

4.1. You agree to follow the "Terms of use" and the law, to respect other people and not to use the Service for advertising, spam or fraud.

4.2. We agree to provide access to the features of the Service, including paid ones, to the extent and for the period stated at purchase; to handle support requests; and to protect your data under the "Privacy policy".

4.3. We may review profiles, photos and reports, hide profiles and restrict access for rule violations, and change, add or remove features. A period or pack you have already paid for is kept or replaced with an equivalent one.

4.4. We may briefly suspend the Service for updates and to fix failures.

5. Payment

5.1. Paid features are paid for with Telegram Stars (⭐) through Telegram's payment system. The price in Stars is shown before purchase. We do not receive or store your card details.

5.2. Access to a paid feature opens as soon as Telegram confirms the payment.

5.3. The Premium subscription renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel it. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time: Profile → Premium. The paid period stays active until its end after cancellation.

5.4. Refunds are governed by the "Refund policy".

6. Liability

6.1. The Service is provided "as is". We do a lot for safety — moderation, verification, photo and text checks — but we cannot guarantee that every user is honest and are not responsible for how people behave in chats and at meetings. Be careful: never send money to strangers, and report anything suspicious with "Report".

6.2. We are not liable for interruptions caused by Telegram, the hosting provider, internet providers or force majeure.

6.3. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for paid features in the last 3 months.

7. Term and changes

7.1. The agreement is in force while you have a profile. You can delete it at any time: Profile → Delete profile.

7.2. We may change this offer and other documents. A new version takes effect when published; we announce significant changes to the rules in the app. By continuing to use the Service you accept the new version.

7.3. Serious or repeated violations may lead to the profile being banned. You can appeal the decision in the app.

8. Disputes

8.1. We resolve disputes through negotiation: contact support (Help in the app or /paysupport in the bot) — we reply within 24 h. If we cannot agree, the dispute is governed by the law of the Provider's country.

8.2. The "Terms of use", "Privacy policy", "Payment and access", "Refund policy" and "Verification rules" form part of this offer.
